Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Telepon account, you can do so in two ways:

1. Delete your account in the app

The quickest way to delete your account is through the app settings:

Please include the email address associated with your account. Our support team will process your request within 3 business days.

Once you confirm account deletion:

Your account is immediately deactivated
All personal data (email address, login credentials) is permanently erased within 30 days
Usage and analytics data linked to your account is anonymized
Message and conversation history is deleted

This action is irreversible — once the deletion process is complete, data cannot be recovered and the account cannot be restored.
